Ivan Ballesteros
A former member of the PGA of Spain with over 25 years of experience in the golf industry, Ivan Ballesteros grew up immersed in the game. His journey began in 1995, under the direct guidance of his uncle, Severiano "Seve" Ballesteros — widely regarded as the greatest European golfer in history, with 5 Major championships, 50 European Tour victories, and three Ryder Cup captaincies.
For more than 15 years, Ivan worked side by side with Seve across every corner of the sport: organising international tournaments, designing golf courses, developing equipment, and representing Seve during the last decade of his life. He also served as Executive Vice President and founding patron of the Seve Ballesteros Foundation until 2013.
Between 2006 and 2008, Seve collaborated with MD Golf to develop a line of Seve-branded golf clubs. That experience gave Ivan deep expertise in club design — particularly in wedges and putters — and planted the seed for what would become iBPutter.

Those years gave Ivan a deep understanding of how feel, balance and small technical details can influence performance.
Years later, during the COVID lockdown, Ivan revisited that knowledge and began shaping a new putter concept built around one clear principle:
